A very unique book... The entire book consist of letters, IM messages, postcards, emails on Rosie's and Alex's life... It was a great journey and we get to know that there are always ups and downs in our life. If we jot it down, or keeping all those messages that we wrote to our loved one, friends, colleagues and read it back on 30 years later ... well, you pretty much reading a book of your own life ... Pass it on to your grandchildren and have a great cry and laughs! (with a cup of peppermint tea and cookies)

Making Use of What I've learnt

Congrats to myself! I've secured a translation job -- part time basis. WooHooo ... The coool part >> it's a manga translation job. I get to read the manga while translating it... 2 in 1 ... heehee... The worst part, I have to 'crack' my head to translate the japanese 'sound effect/expression' into English toooo... like .. swoooosh, baaaang, whooooops, daaaaang ... well many more, some I have to really think hard as Jap have quite a lot of 'expression' 'either it's verbal or non-verbal, they are rich with expressions ... :-/

I think I should built a list for these 'sound effect/expression' ... do you have any input? share it with me ...

Surprise for those who knew me, and for those who barely know me or do not know me at all … YES, I love reading now. Read me again: YES, I love reading now!! Either I read from an electronic book or a paper book, I must read for few hours before I go to bed. Current totally hooked up with Chick Lit genre. There are some life lessons behind each of the book that makes me think again what I have in my life...

But my addiction was started with the Twilight Saga. Yeah, I’m totally in love with the series. I read it like mad person. I could stay up till 4AM and woke up 1 hour earlier to read a few pages before work. Well, I admit, I’m crazy. So here are all the books that I’ve read for these 2 months.

Was surprised this morning while I’m on my way to grab my breakfast, I heard over the radio, “…. Michael Jackson was admitted to UCLA and is in coma …” wow didn’t expect to get such news in the early morning. But what really shocked me is when I returned from my quick breakfast, and when I’m on my way to my office, the DJ announced “… Michael Jackson has passed away…” Whutttt? So I switched to the next station “… Michael Jackson the King Pop has passed away …”
Oh My God … I can’t believe this… Just a moment ago, he was in coma, and 10 mins later he is dead? The guy who:-

Famous for his moonwalk
Did incredible dance moves with his ever famous MJ hat … psss: the crotch grabbing moves
Always with very tight tights
Squeals in highest pitch “Aww Aww “
With single sequined glove
Did his then MTV in the 80’s like Bollywood movies now – watch his 80’s MTV …
Jumps up a little on his toe with funny leg position…\\ //
Suddenly turned white

So the next thing to confirm that the news is real, all the three top English radio station is playing Michael Jackson’s song non-stop!!!!

I guess, today must be the day that MJ’s song was played the most in ONE DAY. I wonder will it be recorded in the Guinness World Records?

Hope he is now in a better place … Rest in Peace …
His Music and Legacy will live on Forever ~~

Pssss: I used to be very afraid of MJ when I was little… Remember his ever famous MTV and he looks like a Zombie? Thriller?? I thought he was really turned into a zombie. Strip'ed

Woohooo .. Got my very first Brazillian Wax today... Purposely took half day to do it... lolx ... Why? It's because they are all FULLBOOK'ed on every weekendsssss!!!

Well, actually my mission today is not only for the waxing but also to undergo my very first permanent hair removal @ upper lip area... At first I was so nervous and even the lady who attended me can see that.

Using the laser thingy is just too scary and moreover, that 'zap zap' thing is hot and I can smell something was burning... (*O*) Well I still have 9 more sessions to go... hopefully my little moustache will be gone by end of the year...

After the 'zap zap' session, I'm on for the waxing session... Then again, I was so nervous about the pain that's coming for me... Luckily the lady who is attending me is very friendly... Of course at first I was so embarrass as I was practically half naked in there. HeeHee... So the wax was hot, but bearable ... not until the first "ZZZAAAP" took place. As the lady told me it gets better after two or three rounds... She is right, it's not that painful then...

I feel great now... heehee... and ohh ... I had a rectangular one this time ... Shall tried a different one next round (^_^)P

Can you believe it?

Wow .. so today is my first treatment... Never in my life thinking of signing up for a slimming treatment... But well, here I am, not sure what makes me do it... but must be my self-conscious eating me up ... been too chubby for my whole life ... I guess this is the time to make some difference? But another side of me somehow wanted to prove that slimming centres might not be able to help me to loose my extra pounds with the not so expensive course. Which is one of the so-called "Promotion Package". Let's say the worse thing happen ==> my 'extras' are still here, hmmm then I get to question them why and hopefully they will refund =P which I don't think they will ... But hey, at least I have a story to tell... a real story .... (^_^)v

My first impression on the first treatment--> not so friendly ... It's like they will rush you in and rush you out kinda feeling... I thought Marie France are pro and they will provide you good service ... their charges are not cheap thou ... so this is not what I've expected =( Perhaps I didn't pay them well?? Maybe ...

Well first, they will weight me first, then I'll go into a small room and changed. The first treatment will be a cold wrap... I was wrapped up like a mummy... heehee ..It was cold but not freezing... Next was the hand treatment, with a brief lotion massage and dip into a wax kinda thingy and they gave me a plastic bag for me to 'tar pao' my hand ...(those that the mee soup aunty pack your mee soup)... and then I was directed back to the tiny room and wait for 25 mins with my hands in the plastic bag and a magazine, which I find it very inconvenient... I can't flip the god damm pages!!

Next, is the massage treatment... before the treatment, they gave me a "Welcome Massage" on the shoulder. Then goes to my tummy massage for 20 mins... I can tell you it was "PAINFUL" ... i can feel my intestinal all moving left and right ... Even until now while typing this, my tummy area still sore ... wonder will I get 'blue black' by tomorrow... =(

So next, they will put scrub then mask then wrap me in a hot blanket for another 20 mins ... It's warm and comfy... I think I fell asleep ... heehee ... but then I don't think I sweat thou ... after everything is done I don't think there is any difference at all ... I hope my 'investment' won't be wasted ... sigh ... Ohh, by the way, this treatment is FOC ... hehee...

But one thing I don't quite understand is during the consultation aka getting me to to pay a bomb, the consultant mentioned that they will take all my body measurement before and after the treatment... but how come this time no one actually doing it? I was like being 'abandon' there ... Especially after finished the treatment, I was sitting at the lounge area for more than 10 mins, and no one actually coming out to greet me or ask how was the treatment ... normally when I go to body spa/massage or even after my facial treatment they will actually sit down with me and do some follow up ... Here I felt 'abandon' ... Perhaps I didn't pay for the most expensive course, so they are not treating me well ... =(

Feel dissappointed... Hope the next one will be a better one ...

Well, since I had a superb dinner yesterday, we are going to have a normal dinner today and since today is a working day, don't think we can do anything extream either. But today's main occasion ---> Getting my PRESENT ... Wee.... See see ... I got this fantastic watch for my B-Day... It is my first Automatic watch that cost a bomb ... How much? Ehhmm... it's 4 digits... You do the guessing =P

I fell in love with this watch the first time I lay my eyes on it... But when I saw the price, my jaw dropped. But thanks to J ... he is okay with it ... heehee ... I love you soooo much ... of couse I mean J and my watch too ... =P

Early celebration - A night to remember!

Wow... another year flew by very quickly. And I'm going to be 26 soon!! I can say this year going to be another new milestone for me. It's going to be a new me doing new stuff, hopefully a crazy one. I won't mind... Well how many more years I have until I reached 30?? So, it's time for me to put it all out...

Well this year's celebration is pretty much the same with J... We had it a day earlier... We went to Gonbei for my favorite Wagyu @ Gonbei ... yummyyy... Since it's hard to get Kobe beef here in KL, I guess, Wagyu beef still can do the deed... Erm, but when J called up for reservation, they only have Buffet style over the weekends... but we still can order ala-cart which is the all mighty Wagyu... Chomp Chomp ...

So we reached there and escorted into the restaurant in style, as always ... (this was my second time here)... Well, seems like we are the first one here... The first thing we did --> ORDERING WAGYU ~~ the dish itself is already RM200+ ... buffet was RM 80 per pax... and I can tell you it's worth than Tenji or Jogoya... Why? Because they serve the best food in the best quality... Read me : Quality not Quantity... Although the choices were not as many as Tenji or Jogoya, well when we said Japanese Buffet, Gonbei meant it... strictly Japanese dishes. Why I said worth it? Because they are serving the foods that you can find in their menu which simply cost RM30-60 for one tiny portion - read me - a portion not a set. And we can have a lot of it now ... heehee... For those who've dined in Gonbei before you should know the price... you won't walk out of there without paying 400+ for 2 person at least? But of course it includes the all mighty Wagyu beef... ngeek ngekk...

So back to my unforgettable nite of my life... As I mentioned, we were the first one who arrived. Well, guess what, we are the ONLY patron of the night!!!! The whole restaurant is just me and J. Having buffet!! The crews were great and friendly. And it feels like the entire crews are serving just me and J... hehe... it feels awkward thou... But come to think of it, well, we have the entire 5 stars restaurant on our own... heehee ...

This is my all mighty Wagyu beeeeeef....

Dear J, next year I want Matsuzaka Beef!!!

FYI it is way more delicious than Kobe beef ... J told me 1 slice will cost around RM1.5K .. and he had 2 slices in 1 night... it is unfair ... I want to have a bite too =P

Treasure what you have

Okay I have this thought when I’m halfway reading P.S I Love You by Cecelia Ahern. I can say it is a good book. It makes me to treasure what I'm having now. Every moment I’m having with those who around me are important. Especially the moment with J. Although the most basic conversation, tiny gestures, or even the silliest argument seems like a normal routine right now, I am sure in time, when I recall back, all these will definitely be part of my good memories. I totally agreed that you won’t miss the thing until you have lost it. I don’t wish to lose what I’m having now.

After reading the book, I'm more aware of all the tiny little things that happens everyday. Things that I will normally ignores ... Well, I noticed more and more now. Like a little hug now and then seems to be routine after almost 7 years together, but now I really do appreciates it. And I know I'm enjoying every little moment that I've spent with J... *taking in to account that we have spent lesser time together now as work is pretty hetic lately ...

I’ve been battling over and over whether to have this listed down or not. If I don’t, the memories will fade as time passes by… I would like to have something to recall back what I have done when I was young… something to share with my daughter or son in next 30 years time? =P lolz … I think to far …

So back to my list. A list of events that occurred to me and I decided to record it down for my own future amusement. Hee Hee …

My first time – Which I remembers …
First bicycle ride without extra wheely at the back – Don’t remember when was it, but all I remember - I was in the huge drain with the bike.

First Puff – First year of high school – naughty me hanging out with the wrong group. Never like it. Felt kind of stupid.

First bike riding – First year of high school – with naughty friends again – don’t quite like the experience. =(

First time driving auto car – Second year of high school – B somehow ‘forcing’ me to do it.

Shortest relationship – few weeks? – B – I thought to give it a try, after 3 years for letting him down. But in that 3 years time I honestly did enjoy his company and all the attention he given me. But too bad, I don’t feel the same way he did. I can say he is the first person who knew me well and understands me inside out ... – next is J. To me he is a dear friend. Well this is also the first time I let a guy holding my hand n went for a date =P

Blind date – A – a pen-pal. Didn’t remember him much thou … =P .. skippp…

First bouquet – from my ex slash dear friend – B on my 18th birthday

First Kiss – was stolen by L. Read me – STOLEN!! Sigh … And again, this was a short relationship, a month+ or so? Everything was so blur when it started. LOL! I was not sure for the entire thingy until that kiss and determine that no no no he is not d one. Hehe … Broke up after first kiss, unbelievable. That's me …

Online date – JW- a nice friend to talk with, went out for a few times, and he practically calling me every night… not sure when it all stops … and now we have lost contact …

SMS fight – had a fight with T over the SMS for the entire night which leads to the next point ... silly silly silly … texting for the entire night …

Made a guy cried over some silly phrase that I said, if I remember correctly it was “I don’t want to be friends with you” – T – This is definitely something that I will remember for the rest of my life. Something started and ended bad and has taken a toll on me. M was broken.

In love - Ready to commit for d first time – T – something I never thought that would happen to me. I was way out of his league. I’m a plain girl and he was something different. One word – kool – in his own way.

In love with Linkin Park – T sang it. Was head over heels but in the end was shattered into pieces. (T_T)’’

M is broken – for the first time – when T called it off. I do not know why, he didn’t give a reason. So be it. Was in misery for a month long. The most tear shed for my entire life. Sigh …

Freezing in the cold – B – drove me up to Genting for a walk, and me in sleeveless top and a short pant – the night T walked away. I will never do that again, freezing your head up is good (sometimes) but not physically doing it … if you get what I mean ….

Someone hold my hand and sing “Eternal Flame” – HY – Even until now I still recall whenever I heard this song … It was sweet. Thanks buddy… he was one of the few who helped me go through my miserable period … thanks…

First laugh after a miserable period – J & HY – not sure what is it about …

Pretended BF – J – LOL! Do not know what makes me agreed to commit such a childish thing. Somehow, here we are, still intact … my longest relationship ever …

First car – My mini silver Kancil – I didn’t pay for it…

First car accident – When I was looking for the ‘nasi lemak’ stall @ TTDI, and I crashed into a cab right in front of me. Scariest day ever ...

First sleep over – J’s place – hmmm… don’t remember why and what was the occasion.

First Ring – from J – still wearing it till now. Unlikely to leave the house without it. Apart from my dear iPhone…

First Necklace – from J – with a white gold and diamond pendant for our anniversary

I'm so not ready to proceed to the next stage yet. I know that it's time to make some progress to the next level, but I'll get all stressed up and nervous when I think about it. I did plan and think about it, but it's for the future... perhaps few years down the road? Just not now yet ... J been telling me he is doing the house hunting, r**g researching ... Wow .. I do not know how immediate it is, but it's totally freaking me out every time he mentions it.

Honestly, I'm just gonna be 26 soon... 26!! I still have a lot of things that I wanted to do...without so much commitment attached... Probably getting married is not a big thing, but to start a family? I don't think I'm ready for it... definitely not now, not next year ...

Honestly, honestly, I still have some things that I really wanted to do, but I do not have financial aid to fulfill it yet. And that is sad ... Getting a degree in Software Development isn't my first choice. All these years, I've been dying to take Psychology studies... Well, looking at the course fee @ UK isn't cheap ... well part of me wanted to further my studies, and part of me just wanted to change environment... I would prefer not to stay in the same environment too long. It gets boring overtime -- too routine --. Not my style.

I really did enjoy my year when I spent my Uni time in Aussie, and another 'escaping year' @ Japan ... and now I've been back to Boleh-land for almost 3 years... I started to get bored now. Provided I've been too stucked up into my working life which consumes most of my 'me' time... and I can tell that I'm not better than a running machine ... or say, an obedient conveyer belt?? And I really really need a change... I even planned to apply for a job @ Denmark.. I really hoped it will work out, but then, they have taken down the programme due to the economy crisis... Sigh ... there goes my hope ... (T_T) ... imagine Denmark ... sigh ...

So now, I'm back to zero... waking up everyday, going to work, back from work and sleep. Life is just too routine and boring. I hate it ... So I guess, I will be sulking for the next few months till I found any new plans... hope it will work next time ... sigh ...

And so I continue to read and read and read. I woke up earlier so I can read few pages before I leave home. After working hours, I’ll just grab some food, a quick one, and continue my journey with Edward Cullen .. The character I fell deeply in love with. I wonder if I fell in love Edward Cullen in the book or Edward Cullen in the movie… But I can say I really love Edward Cullen in the movie, but was totally dazzled by the book version … heehee…

Well, I kept reading till 3AM in the morning till I couldn’t open my eye… huh … It’s because Edward was gone in New Moon’s … was so sad till I have to read faster n faster till Edward appear again ..

Honestly, once I have start reading, I couldn’t stop … I took a total of 5 days to complete 3 books. 3 thick books… After I finished the last one, well, I can tell that I went into ‘depression mode’ because there is no more Edward … =`(

And I ended up going back to Times Bookshop to buy the first book. And was so happy that I can start reading the first book. I realize that the book is much better than the movie … glad that I bought the first book. Now I have the entire Twilight Saga collection …

And what else do I want? I want the Twilight Blue Ray collection set … was convincing J to buy me the set … i can tell that the set isn't cheap ... heehee… Well, I have to wait till end of May before I can see my collection ... it's only be released on 5 May .. I guess it will take few weeks to arrive Boleh-land .. :S

The day I start reading

I must remember today. It’s a day where it changed me from what I am. Although it is nothing big, but it has the impact on me and this changed my perception… If you know me well, except reading text book during high school and university time, I don’t really read. Of course I do read magazines, but books? I have to admit, I bought quite a lot of books but all of it is just to ‘satisfy’ my room… I think it looks nice to have a few nice books lying out… I can say that I have never, never finished reading 1 book.

But it changed. It happens when I was doing my usual strolling @ one of the regular bookstore @ Pavilion. They are having some promotion on the Twilight Saga. So I took a look and thought of buying it as a collection. Since all the 4 books are available… Was considering to buy all 4 or just 3… because I have watched the first movie. So I just bought 3 instead of the whole set. During the nite, I started to read the second book. New Moon. To my surprise, I was unable to stop reading .. WoW.

Bought this outfit for baby Roxy from Shanghai ... She loves it very much... how i know? Because when we tried to dress her up previously, she will try to take the outfit out after few hours, she somehow manged to take off her clothes and rather run around naked !!

It was much more chiller than your freezer ... Okay, first thing i realise, is the air smells ... secondly, the sky is in GREY color ... GREY ... I didn't believe it until I see it with my own eyes ..

After checking in @ Motel 268, we start our journey to the famous Forbidden City ... We walked from the motel till the city ... I kept WoW'ing all the way and re-calling all the TVB scence that I used to watch from the emperor emperor drama/Movies.

This is my first time knowing that PuYi was the last emperor of China! and all the concubines got their food distributed according to their level!!! You will get more food if you are a Gui Fei ... and girls were selected as a concubine since age of 13-17!! and from the picture, they looks much younger than 13 =.='' they looks like 8 years old girl ...

We walked from noon till they closing time ... it is very tiring ... cut the story short, the following are the selected pictures ... one more thing before I end this entry, we was STUCKED during the way out ... the army troop have to take down the China flag from opposite of the road back to the forbidden city ... so the way out was blocked ... :-( It was freezing cold out there n we have to stand till the ceremony is over ... :-(

For dinner we went to Qian Men for the famous Peking Duck ... that place is a nice place to take photos but it was too cold and my hands dont want to come out from my pocket .. keke ..
The whole dinner is only duck duck duck ... and a cold dish ... My feedback? it is so OILY~~~~ OILY ~~~ i dont want to take Chinese food anymore ..... it's like I've drank the whole tank of oil ... bwleeeeek ....

Went to imitation shopping mall today ... the plaza called A.P Plaza .... they even have a imitation Starbuck call Stud Buck ...

After a long shopping, today we had SiChuan food ... was so excited especially looking at the nearby table, their dishes are huge and smells yummy ... so we ordered our dishes .... well it was a shocked when the fish we ordered came.... it was in a HUGE bowl of OIL with lotsadry chili and pepper ... on the menu it was called 'fish in water' but the outcome is 'Fish in OIL' ... I think the best dishes of the day will be the mushroom cooked with abalon sauce and the soup ...

so chirstmas in Shanghai so not up to my expectation thou ... this is my first time having Chinese food on X-Mas dinner ... with a bowl of OIL ... But I do enjoyed my cuppa hot choco @ Starbucks .. The weather is cold and windy ... one thing i realise, Shanghai folks do not wash their cars!! It's like they didn't wash it for 2 years!! all covered in dust... secondly the air condition is much worse than my trip to HK ... nevertherless, we still walk on the street like any other people ... breathing in dust !!

So the first thing I ever wanna do is to dine in @ CoCo Ichibanya!!! My all time fav curry rice back in Japan... they have outlets here in Shanghai... but their menu has been cut into half ... The spicy level is only half compared to Japan, they originally have spicy level up to 10!! Well, my last attempt in Japan was up till level 6 ... but now the max we have in Shanghai is only 5 :-( However, I still enjoyed it ... it's yummmmmy ~~~

Next, we walked towards Shanghai Tharn ...the view is awesome... AWESOME~~~ BUT that place smells horrrible, especially when you are around the plants area ~~ That place is not the same Shanghai Tharn that we saw from TVB old movies ... haha ... Then we bought tix to take the underground train to the next island to visit the Pearl Tower .. RMB 40 for one way train trip and RMB100 for the tower visit ... RMB 40 is very worth where the you can experience the lighting effects while you travels in the tunnnel ... very creative way to entertain you during the 8 mins journey to the opposite island... here's some shot ... it's a waste i didn't bring tripod ... ended up with this lousy shakey photos (T__T)'' or some photos taken with iPhone (-,-)

Baby Roxy is sick

To my surprise, Roxy vomitted for the whole day since this morning till nite... she will normally barks when i reach home, and today, there's not a single sound from her ... really worried that she might have fainted in there... phewww luckily she is still standing but she looks so weak and scared... the momen i went into the living room, the entire floor is full with her puke ... sigh ... have to do all the clean ups... but sad to say, she looked really weak... I guess it must be because she ate the mickey mouse carpet floor mat ...

we have not choice but to take her to the 24hrs animal hospital @ Jalan Tun Razak... the doc put 2 jabs on her and took her blood to run some test... she will be staying overnight for observations.... gonna miss her ...

before we left, she was whined sadly ... huhuhu....

Sometimes i think i can't handle my job anymore ... it's too much of stress ... everyday is a rush rush rush for me ...all task seems to be 'critical' ... sigh ... i've never leave the office when the sky is still bright...if it is not the thousand'th times Jackie called me to go home, i think i wont leave the office. But lately, while driving, i've been doing lots of thinking ... should i change my job? do i like what im doing? the answer is 'mix-mix' ... There's a part of me hate it becos it consumes most of my 'me' time.. even during the weekends and HOLIDAYS ... but another part of me kinda love what I'm doing right now. I can't imagine if i were to switch to other job, and i will be thinking what position i will be applying to... im kinda like what i've been doing now... but just the workload is way way too heavy ...and plus my tiny salary that didnt motivates me at all ... sigh ...

Sigh... I'm so overloaded... Need time for my work, need time after work to take care of my 'household chores'... need time need time .... stress from work is humongous!!! I'm being pushed to from left to right, right to left, up to the bottom ... Can I have my L.I.F.E back?? Please ?? ARRRGHHH!!!

This is my very first time having gastric, due to my uncertain meal time... Lunch is always late, and will be always late late late late... from 12.30, dragged to 1.00. From 1.00 dragged to 1.30. From 1.30 dragged to 2.00!!! from 2.00 dragged to 2.15!!! sooner no need to take lunch already!!! Having everyone in the office go for lunch is even harder... nobody wants to move their butts... including me ... (*__*)|||

Dinner time is always late... not that i don't want to leave early for lunch and dinner... when you stucked with your work, time flies fast...

I need my stress-free life back... please ....

This is my first time having a superb gastric pain. Really can't stand pain. I've never encountered such a 'twisted' pain before. At last i decided to pay a visit to clinic and had a jab on my buttock.... shy shy ... well, before walking into the doctor's room, i vomited twice!! TWICE !! really hope the pain just go away ... I hate PAIN!! even until a day later, the pain is still here... sigh... when will all these pain go away ... moreover, doc said i only can take porridge... no other solid food can be consumed... but hehehe... am going to have pizza hut as supper later ... ngek ngek ngek ...

Tried something new today... Went for paintball game with some unknown gangs... Know about this event from Henry... Thanks for inviting us in facebook... The organizer is a cool guy called Aurelius.. erm i have trouble pronouncing his name for the first time.. haha... I guess this was quite a successful event where more than 20 ppl turned up for the game. The paint ball place is located at Kuang... tadaaa... KUANG... where? it's actually somewhere near Sungai Buloh... Click here for more info about the place... The staff there is quite nice and in fact one of them are farrny.
We paid RM80 per person, includes marker + 500 colourful, painful, round round 20 cent bubble gum like bullet. For the army shirt, need to pay for additional RM7... for rental only okay (*_*) i tot i can have it ... sigh ... Anyway, it's good to rent the army shirt, it's for your own protection. Either from the bubble gum bullets or from the little vampire like creatures called mosquitoes!! buzzz buzzz....

The games are great + scary becos I scare of kena shoot... i managed to stay safe for 2 games... in the last game which is in the jungle, i try to be bold... i ran to the front part very fast without much thinking or estimating... and i got stuck there and i realize that i am not under a covered area... 0 protection area... than there is where i got my head shot ... it is sooooo painful and the coloring oils is dripping from my forehead till my eyes area... For a moment, my head starts to get numb and then pain. And few sec later my eyes ... i have to get out of the war zone and while leaving, i got another shot @ my lap. This time is so so painful and now i have a huge bruise ... at the end of the day, my whole body is aching... my leg is so painful, my arms, my back... haizz now i know i need to do more exercise... sigh...

New stuff to do over the weekends

Woot ... This is my very first time doing wall climbing!! We went to 1 Utama, Camp 5. It is FUN!!!! I thought I wont reach to the top and will be always falling ... Guess what, I can do it toooo.... To the top. I used a lot of my fingers and hand strength and for a split second I really thought of giving up because my hands can't support the 'heavy me' .. but still i managed to reach to the top for the first 3 climbs... haha... the rest was fun too... it is tough when I tried the one color route and the not so easy route... totally new experience for me who do not like tough exercise. After the fourth climb, the instructor lead us to the auto belay section... the wall is definately higher, and what's funny? After i reached halfway to the top, i stopped and look down. And am afraid and my hands are tired and what's worst, I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COME DOWN!!! I was too afraid to let go and let the belay swing me down... it is so embarrasing ... hahaha... For the last few rounds, the instructor took us to the a not so high wall, and we are not straped with any ropes... I forgotten what we call those walls... Felt quite insecure at first and always worry that I migh fall... but i didnt! here are some snaps ... notice the shake? no more energy to hold the camera... Great weekend activity with my bro... will definately going for the second, third, ..... time ...
